  For Zipcar users: dont rush into the exit gate and pull up really close to the gate, exit slowly and make sure the white scanner on your upper left turns green. I rushed into it once, backed up and tried to re-exit. It wouldn't lift the gate and the intercom said "Zipcar vehicle already outside." I ringed for assistance but the intercom didn't make any noise, so I ended the trip early and left.

  We parked here for the 2019 Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Christmas parade. At the end of the event, patrons tried to get their cars and there was a problem with the gate. The management was notified, and no one came to assist. Patrons waited for up to 3 hours to exit the parking garage. Absolutely unacceptable. We were charged $18.

  I park here when visit in or shopping downtown. It's safe and I know my car won't be getting towed.
