The person I spoke with who manages this parking garage is dishonest and unprofessional, so I do not recommend this garage to anyone. My card was charged $20 for a time I was not in this garage. I was in this parking garage for less than 10 mins because after mistakenly turning in the entrance it seemed safer for me to go out the exit to get on the street again instead of backing out from the entrance. The sign that was at the ticket machine noted a 10-minute grace period for being in the garage and the ticket machine didn't allow me to go forward without inserting my card. The time on my ticket said 7pm even though I entered and exited the garage around 6:20pm. When I saw the $20 charge to my card within that week, I called a number I found for the parking garage and the man I spoke with (who identified himself as the one who manages the garage) about this issue told me to text him the picture I took of my ticket before I exited the garage (the picture background shows I was near the exit) and that he'd follow up with me. The next day he texted me with a picture of some type of spreadsheet saying my entry time was 7pm and exit time was 7:25pm, which is a blatant lie. When I replied explaining why this info isn't true, including that the restaurant I went to that night had a parking garage available so I had no reason to park in his garage and that he can check his garage's camera system, he stuck with this lie. I sent him screenshots of the picture of my ticket near the exit of his garage with the timestamp showing when I took it and of the parking confirmation page for the restaurant I went to. That confirmation page shows my parking time started about 20 minutes before 7pm and ended 2 hours later as well as it being free parking (because the restaurant validated parking), so I would not have been in this man's garage during the time he claimed and there was no reason at all for me to park there when there was free parking at my destination.
He then called me later that day of this text exchange to ultimately say he'd contact his security about checking the camera system to see if it supported what I said and he'd follow up with me. I called him back the following week about an update on what the camera footage showed on that day and he said he contacted his security but doesn't have an update yet. I texted him a week later about this update and I haven't heard back since (because the camera system apparently doesn't line up with the lie I was told) and my money has not been refunded.
If you can't avoid entering and parking in this garage, check if the time on your ticket matches the time you entered, take a picture of the entry sign/information, and take a picture of your ticket near the entrance and exit to document if payment is wrongly taken from your card too.

While they take online reservations, they do not honor them. We made a reservation for 7pm, which their website honored, but the gate was locked and the operator told us they where closed and to park somewhere else. To add insult to injury, when I tried to contact them through their website, their system said it couldn't find my transaction. This place is a total rip off.
