As I know my plates say “disabled veteran” and I know jiffy offers a veterans discount. Secondly what erked me the most was when my cabin air filter being told it looked like it hadn’t been replaced in over a year when I know for a fact I replaced it about 6 months ago at that oil change(2 changes ago). Like I don’t know that’s tactic to get more money. I usually change my own oil and change my cabin air filter. The only reason why I came to jiffy was because to change the oil was because my whole skid plate has to come off to do so. I just really didn’t like how he just put it back and didn’t bother to knock off the leaves at least. Idc about fast service. I just want things done rightly ie asking me if I’m a vet helping me(the customer) save money, and at least knocking off the leaves. Would’ve been even nicer if he used air compressor. And generally not treating everyone like their auto morons. I severed in the marines. I worked on hmmvs, generators, and radars. Most of my family are mechanic. Overall I came here because of the reviews and grease monkey although faster is more expensive. I’ll probably go somewhere else next time I don’t have to change my own oil. Friend of mine is a GM of a Raffield’s tire master. I’ll probably drive 2hours just know I’m not being taken advantage of. Overall that’s how I felt.
