- SWShardannay walker1 day ago1.0Unfortunately this place need ZERO stars. Went to this location on Monday and by Saturday every inch of oil was out of the car. Car started smoking and check engine light came on. Towed my car to the nearest location which costed me $300 out of pocket and as you can see from the picture the attendant stated the screw was not fully in and they called the location several times and no one answered the phone. Upon coming here today requesting a refund and showing them the videos and pictures of the car surrounded in the same oil that they did the oil change I was refused a refund. If this issue isn’t corrected immediately I will seek legal action.

After going back to the Jiffy Lube location to talk to the manager, he tried to tell me that The dipstick is confusing on Volkswagens. I called him on his BS, and in return, he gave me two free oil change coupons because of how unprofessional they were. Pathetic compensation, but at least it was something. Today, I tried to use the 2nd one, and the new manager declined to honor it. He did not look up the paperwork for these prior damages, even though I asked him to. It is unbelievably poor customer service to deny somebody a good faith oil change after years of patronage. This is not acceptable and I will never go back. I don’t care about the $100 for an oil change, but If this is how the shop behaves when they’re clearly in the wrong, imagine when things are ambiguous. I told the next shop about this and showed them the card, and they gave me that oil change half off because they felt bad. Take your business literally anywhere else… there are so many other options on Roswell Rd.
