- JRjonathan rNov 18, 20255.0Just financed my first truck from a volvo dealer instead of buying all cash. Austin and Seth were super knowledgeable and easy to work with. This place the best here nice clean truck fair price easy financing. I didn't use our Jacksonville Volvo dealer but came ito Atlanta instead. They Know all the issues what to look out for with used Volvos not unsruplulous Penske. Terms of loan great can pay down loan and keep a bit open for a good trade line. Highly recommend.

My salesperson was Jason McCoy and his manager David Kraft, theyre not form this location but are able to sell trucks. They discounted an old unit which had been siting on their lot. They wanted to sell me a truck without doing a oil change/ PM service. I had to put my foot down that I wont drive the truck back home 2400 miles without new oil. They lied that they do not have a mechanic shop at this location in order to not have to do PM service, which can clearly be seen in the pics here and people have put negative reviews about their repair shop. They miscommunicated the specs of the truck, wanted a deposit before sending detailed pics of the truck. They said the truck had a fridge which it did not. Please do NOT buy from them as they play deceiving tactics.
- MMMike MullenAug 24, 20241.0I would highly suggest you stay away from this facility. When I showed up there was some concourse had with the truck and I was told there was nothing wrong with the AC. First week of having truck clutch went down. That cost me 6800$ a week later I was in AL and the AC was home issues went to a shop the pretty much told me the AC system needed repairs talked with them and music city truck sales and they simply have the attitude once it’s sold it’s sold no help nothing. This next repair bill is 4500$ now keep in mind I put down 6k for the down payment so I have invested over $,12,800 plus and the 4500 that they are forcing me to pay. My suggestion is go a different location and ask it the have a 60 day warranty like international offers. This place does not offer anything except VASOLINE to help easy the pain your about to experience. Take this as a warning
