I was unaware that there are franchised locations, which means they don't offer the same discounts/services. I was charged for a filter and wasn't made aware that was part of the service or otherwise. On the checklist, it is listed that my interior was vacuumed and it wasn't, also that my tire pressure was above 35 but left rear is reading 32. I'm just use to transparency and things getting done at my main location.
