  Before I even made it to the door I was greeted by a cheerful employee that seemed genuinely happy to help me. All I needed was new windshield wipers, and he took care of it within 5 minutes. I never leave reviews but had such a great experience here that I felt I should!

  Doug is so good he makes you want to change your fluids even more than you need to. I have a show car and I don’t even want a mechanic to look at my car for fear of getting it dirty. These guys took extra care of me. My oil change. Seamless. My gear fluid swap. Seamless I can’t say enough good things about the guys and Grease Monkey.   This is one of the best locations you can come to! They are always fast and good. They also have coupons you can get online that goes towards your services. I feel so much better taking my car to them instead of the dealership! They ask you your needs instead of trying to throw sales down your throat.

  I had a great experience at Grease Monkey. The service was quick and professional, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming from start to finish. It’s also super convenient being close to my job, which made getting my vehicle serviced easy without disrupting my day. If you need anything topped off, they’ll take care of it without any hassle. Definitely a place I’d return to and recommend to others looking for reliable and convenient service.

  Tech was cordial and quick with with service upon intake. He told me my car needed synthetic oil and quoted me for “around $30” for said oil change. I went to the waiting room feeling relieved, thinking I got a reasonable price and great service. I had various coupons for oil changes, as recommended to have by google when I looked up the place. When it came time to pay though, my total was over $90. Any time I have gotten my oil changed, it has never once been that high, and I was so stunned, especially after the quote the tech gave me. I tried the coupons from the website, but the cashier said none of them would work. Even one that specifically said “$29 for standard oil change” that I was initially hoping to use, but I think since I was pushed immediately to get synthetic, I didn’t even get the chance to use it. I feel upsold and felt like everything was out of my control. If I had just been asked the option of what kind of oil my car would use, or the prices upfront, or which coupon would be valid for the right kind of service my car needed, I could’ve been saved from the shock. I don’t even drive a fancy car that only needs synthetic! But I think this place only cares about wait times and fast service. All the staff adheres to that, but if anyone just would’ve slowed down and asked what I needed as a guest, I wouldn’t have such a sour attitude despite the good service. I had a budget that wasn’t acknowledged and just felt taken advantage of as a guest.
