  Had to drop my vehicle off today and man let me tell you, the lady at the front desk absolute op notch customer service. This was my first time going through this and she was quick, friendly and very efficient. She knew what she was talking about and made me feel so comfortable. I wish I would have gotten her name.

  I had a terrible experience with this company My car was in an accident and went in for repairs on 1/6/2026. The car came out on 1/16/26 A week later check engine light flashes on dash but goes off. Of of 2/2 my car is in the shop for leaking cooling and high coolant temp. Stop leak was put in the passenger expansion/coolant tank causing it to bust the tank and hose. This is the same side the accident was on. I called and spoke with the manager and he explained that it's no way possible that someone could have did that. Obviously someone was capable of doing that. I didn't know what stop leak was until I was told by the new repair shop. When car went in for repairs my car was hit on on the front end despite the minor dents and scratches. There for a full assessment on my front end should have been done. The manager proceeded to tell me that they didn't go under the hood. You can't check headlights or if any underbody damage is done without going under the hood which I had asked them to check. The current shop Rocco's European garage has found several things that this shop failed to miss under care like torn axles and panels hanging that was never screwed back after I told them that something was hanging underneath the vehicle following the accident. My car was a mess when I got it back seats down and stuff everywhere. This is unacceptable on all levels and the shop will not take accountability for what wasn't suppose to be put in my vehicle that's going to cost me to to fix out of pocket when it should have been handled through insurance. The workers are incompetent and if they couldn't work on a 2018 Alfa Romeo Stelvio they shouldn't have. The body work was good and the rim fixing was great. But they cannot do anything else apparently. Hanging panels with missing screws Stop leak residue on tank Front torn Axels and leaking grease More panels not screwed

  Very disappointed with my experience at this Gerber Collision location. My car was originally estimated to take about 4 weeks to repair, but that estimate was pushed back three times and the work ultimately took over 3 months. When I picked up the car, it looked fine on the outside, but as soon as I started driving the check engine light came on and the car went into limp mode. When I checked under the hood at home, I found a cable that had clearly been damaged during the repair and left disconnected, feeding the turbo. I brought the car back and was told they would get a replacement cable in a few days. I waited two weeks with no call. I followed up multiple times and still couldn’t get a clear response. Only about four weeks later did I finally get a call saying I could bring the car back. After more than three months in the shop and then nearly another month of waiting just to address an issue caused during the repair, I’m extremely frustrated with the lack of communication, attention to detail, and overall customer service.

  My vehicle looks great! Better than when I dropped it off. The customer service from Minnie is absolutely outstanding. Not only does Minnie get things done; she is personable, accommodating and pleasant. Made my process from beginning to end a breeze!

  Took my daughter's car to get repaired after an accident. They were quick, honest and creative in finding ways to keep costs down. The car looks great, and the team was awesome to work with..espeically Ashley.
