  Billy at Gerber Collision provided an exceptional experience while managing my bumper-part replacement. He is incredibly informative and patient, ensuring I felt comfortable with the process from start to finish. I was especially impressed by his transparency regarding wait times; he managed to get me in and out within just a few hours. His courteous professionalism makes him a true standout.   If you have a leased vehicle, I highly recommend taking it to a certified body shop for your manufacturer instead of Gerber. I didn't know that Gerber was not Audi-certified until repairs were underway, and when I made them aware of the OEM-equivalent stipulations of my release related to bodywork, Gerber was only willing to do what my insurance company would pay for. They even initially disputed my request for the Audi inspector to inspect the car and verify that the repairs wouldn’t cost me extra at turn-in. To make matters worse, the bill increased from almost $15k at the original quote to $30k at completion. When I inquired about the discrepancy between the quotes and the additional work done to my vehicle, Gerber refused to disclose the information until the car was picked up and the deductible was paid. The repair took a total of 10 weeks. When I asked for two additional days to pick up the car, they informed me that they would charge me $60 per day until I collected it. While the policies were inflexible and non-accommodating to leasees, the staff were always polite and professional. The two stars are for them.
