  Billy at Gerber Collision provided an exceptional experience while managing my bumper-part replacement. He is incredibly informative and patient, ensuring I felt comfortable with the process from start to finish. I was especially impressed by his transparency regarding wait times; he managed to get me in and out within just a few hours. His courteous professionalism makes him a true standout. Billy is a massive asset to the Gerber Collision team, and I cannot recommend his seamless service highly enough! Thanks Billy and office team.

  If you have a leased vehicle, I highly recommend taking it to a certified body shop for your manufacturer instead of Gerber. I didn't know that Gerber was not Audi-certified until repairs were underway, and when I made them aware of the OEM-equivalent stipulations of my release related to bodywork, Gerber was only willing to do what my insurance company would pay for. They even initially disputed my request for the Audi inspector to inspect the car and verify that the repairs wouldn’t cost me extra at turn-in. To make matters worse, the bill increased from almost $15k at the original quote to $30k at completion. When I inquired about the discrepancy between the quotes and the additional work done to my vehicle, Gerber refused to disclose the information until the car was picked up and the deductible was paid. The repair took a total of 10 weeks. When I asked for two additional days to pick up the car, they informed me that they would charge me $60 per day until I collected it. While the policies were inflexible and non-accommodating to leasees, the staff were always polite and professional. The two stars are for them.

  Insurance made this a very complicated process and I’m grateful that Kelc was able to answer many of my questions and provide clarity. Additionally the cosmetic repairs done on the vehicle are great

  My Insurance Company towed my Vehicle to Gerber Collision on September 30th and provided me with a Rental. I received several text to promise that my vehicle would be ready, but when I called Gerber, I was feed with Lie after Lie, about when my vehicle would be ready. They blamed the Insurance company, which had approved the work already. Long story short I just recently got my car back, only because I went to check to see the progress and found my car sitting outside the shop fixed, but dirty inside and out. When I confronted the person in charge, I was feed more Lies, not to mention my car was said to be Totaled out, for a sunroof repair and then magically it was not totaled. Among all the Lies found out that the workers accidentally broke my windsheild while replacing the sunroof. Thankful to have my vehicle back, but after two days of picking it up from Gerber holding my vehicle for a month, I had to purchase a new battery . They probably were running the battery down, while they were pretending to work on my vehicle. Beware of this Gerber on Willow Street, Midtown Atlanta, they were full of it and told me Lies over the phone and in person. They caused me so much stress with all their Lies about the date that my vehicle would be ready.
