I was there for at least an hour unfortunately,I unfortunately will not be returning due to the fact I paid $97 for a full synthetic oil change and everything on the service checklist wasn’t checked off. First, he mentioned my car had leaks, which I never heard before on my five-year-old car that never had issues Prior to coming to this place, Second, there were things that were not checked off on the service checklist, and I asked about it those things where the coolant reservoir check, air filter check and the transmission fluid check. it seemed like my servicer didn’t want to check it and then he asked me if If I want him to check those things and I said yes, he came back and let me know that something was missing on my car to where he wasn’t able to check it Like a dipstick. ( I’m a 28 yo female and no car expert so I’d expect the professional to extra resources to still be able to provide the service I’ve came for) I told him not to worry about it because at this point, it is going on an hour plus that I’ve been sitting there. I also left without getting a tire rotation because they let me know that it would possibly be another 30 minute wait. I honestly wanted to get out of there. I left feeling a little bit of regret leaving here and immediately went to look at reviews. I pray nothing crazy happens to my car, but I just thought I’d share my thoughts in my experience.
