Great place, we've been coming here for a few years now. Every time my car needs something we try to go through them because of how helpful they are. Kristian is great, he helped us today with our oil change and was very patient and very accommodating!

Everyone here was so helpful and efficient with fixing my car! My car needed a really specific part and other shops were giving me the run around, but at Express they got my part and fixed my car in the same day. Johnell was extremely helpful and kind throughout the whole experience and communicated with me the entire way through! Which is really helpful since I’m a girl and know nothing about cars lol. Highly recommend them for oil changes as well!

I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but my experience at this location was very disappointing.
Although the staff was initially polite, poor communication and a language barrier led to serious problems. I came in requesting a specific service. During the visit, additional issues were presented, and I asked which repairs were most important from a safety standpoint. I explicitly approved one item. Despite this, additional services were performed without my authorization, and no clear estimate or cost breakdown was provided beforehand.
I waited at the location for 4 hours, then left for another 3 hours. When I returned—after more than 7 hours total—the work was still not finished, and at no point was I informed it would take that long.
When I raised concerns and refused to pay for the unauthorized work, I was told nothing could be done and that payment was required. To make matters worse, my vehicle was returned in worse condition than when I brought it in.
It is the responsibility of a service provider to ensure clear communication, address language barriers, and confirm that customers fully understand and consent to all work being performed. Repairs and pricing should always be clearly explained and approved in advance, with explicit sign-off, to avoid confusion.
I’m sharing this experience to highlight serious issues with communication, transparency, and customer service, and to help others avoid a similar situation.

One star because the employees we talked to on the phone were super kind and helpful. However, we made an apportionment online, show up and then are told we have to wait in the line for 45 minutes to an hour. Why allow people to make appointments if you cannot honor them. Seems this is out of their control and a corporate issue. If you make an appointment, expect to wait with everyone else.

Don’t go through the oil change line if you don’t wanna get up-sold by used car sales people.
I went in for a simple tuneup but had a couple more concerns and they gave me a quote for tires and all sorts of crazy stuff. It was almost $3000. I told him I just needed to get the bare minimum done because it’s holiday season and I can come back and do the rest. He said “the tires ARE the bare minimum.” I continued asking about the things I was concerned with, and he kept pivoting back to recommended maintenance and completely ignored my wishes. I told them cancel everything except the tuneup. I will never be back. It’s unfortunate because I went in for something a couple weeks ago and they were very nice and did a great job and didn’t overcharge. Having mechanics work off commission is a terrible idea.
