  Horrible they lie you take your car to have a problem fixed they lie and say they fixed it and of course it’s not on the invoice and you ask why and still we did it! And then when you call them since the car is still not working they lie again and say they never said they fixed the problem! Wow no integrity at all stay away take your car somewhere else

  First time customer, readily accepted me leaving my x5 while traveling out of town. The best communications, by far, in over 50 yrs experience's including OEM Dealerships. I requested additional work due to phenomenal 1 day parts procurement & front/rear total brake services. Full 50K service & can pick up during off hours upon return. This has been a great experience indeed, and my go-to team of new friends now…

  From start to finish, the service was exceptional! I never felt rushed, despite having numerous questions about my vehicle.   My car broke down while I was driving. I google this shop. I was told they would have time to check out my car for a few days. They gave me recommendations to other shops that would be able to service me faster and said if you don’t get in contact with them give us a call back. I spoke with the other shops and decided to just give European a call back based on the phone customer service. From there I was given multiple numbers to tow company’s that could get me off the highway and bring me to the shop. The front staff and the manager were extremely helpful and polite. The communication from the time I dropped of my car, until I received it has been amazing. They were able to get my vehicle in, diagnosed, and begin ordering the parts and starting the repairs faster than when I was told. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone. Nobody wants to go to mechanics or have mechanical breakdowns, but if you have to go through it. You want to know the work will be done correctly the first time with no scamming and price gouging involved. Thank you European and Domestic Auto Care you made this unexpected unfortunate experience a pleasant one.

  I brought my 2013 X5 here for front suspension work to be done, but what puzzled me & led me to leaving & 3 star review instead of a 5 star review was the diagnostics review of my vehicle. Even though you bring your vehicle for a particular repair to be done, they still perform and all around diagnostic check up of your vehicle. But there were a couple of things mentioned from the diagnostics that I didn’t find 100% true. The mechanic mentioned that my drive belt assembly needed to be replaced because it was worn but I had already replaced these parts 20,000 miles prior with proof of receipt to show for it from Richmond BMW, and these parts don’t go bad until normally 70 to 80,000 miles. They also mentioned in the diagnostic report that my voltage for my battery was low and was “highly suggested” to be replaced. I went ahead and checked my battery at advanced auto parts nearby and my battery was 100% fine. Therefore, this makes me question two things, authenticity and honesty. I’m not one of these millionaires in Buckhead, Atlanta that will just say YES to any suggested repairs and throw some money out my wallet bc a mechanic says to do so. I’ve spent over 20K in regular maintenance on my vehicle prior to their diagnostic report so I already knew what was “Good” and what was “Bad.”
