I came in after getting a warning light about a low beam headlight malfunction. The shop was completely slammed, but Danny at the check-in counter still took the time to ask what kind of car I drove and offered to take a look. He couldn’t have been friendlier and we even bonded over our shared love of BMWs and being fellow New Jersey transplants who miss great bagels here in Atlanta. Despite how busy it was, Danny tracked down a new bulb in the shop and replaced it for me right in the parking lot. He absolutely saved my day. This was hands-down the best customer experience I’ve ever had at an auto shop and as a BMW owner, that says a lot. They’ve earned my business, and I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Bravo to Danny and the team from a 100% delighted customer!
