I initially took a chance with my first Audi based on the positive reviews, and have continued to bring my second Audi to them based on their wonderful work and customer service. Most recently, they stuck with me as I was trying to get to the bottom of a brake issue. With both of my cars, I never felt like they were hunting for extra work to bill me for, they always explained the whats and hows and most importantly, they were honest. I feel they do good work at a fair price. Special thanks to the owner and to Charlie and Eli who always are accommodating.
