Both BK and Erron are personable and listen to understand while sharing knowledgable non-heckle recommendation and feedback. It's rare to feel supported when spending for auto-repair. The first time before even coming in BK made sure I was confident and provided clear communication about scheduling and services. Him and Erron hold down the shop well. Also, the space is welcoming and the waiting area is well taken care of ready to provide great snacks and refreshments. Not only am I coming back but I'm pretty sure this is a long term relationship! Great customer service, knowledgeable, transparent, treated me like I knew what I was talking about. Clean, snacks, absolute great work zone (was able to have my mtg) and have me great pointers on how to continue to take care of my car. Great value for your money

After some research, I decided to try Eurofed and I have not been disappointed. The service is timely, professional and less costly. BK at Eurofed midtown is awesome. Great communication and very knowledgeable. On my first repair experience, BK realized I was overcharged and contacted me to ask whether I wanted reimbursement by check or apply the credit to the next repair. When does that ever happen? Very happy I made the move to Eurofed!
