I went to EuroFed a couple times for basic oil changes just to avoid Audi dealer prices. That “savings” fantasy ended fast. Even with the first appointment of the day, I still sat there for hours while nothing seemed to be happening. Then they wasted even more of my time doing a whole “deep dive inspection” I never asked for, trying to upsell me on replacing bearings and other nonsense. They clearly assumed I had zero mechanical knowledge — problem is, I’ve worked on cars myself. Their pitch wasn’t just wrong; it was laughable. And the cherry on top? After I got home, I noticed a plastic trim piece under my hood was missing. I had literally taken a photo the day before because I’d seen reviews about parts disappearing here. When I called, I got the predictable “we don’t see anything like that around the shop” answer. Right. Sure. The shop environment doesn’t help: employees chain-vaping in the office, loud conversations about the trashy stuff they did over the weekend, openly mocking customers within earshot, and people paying with a stack of AmEx gift cards like it’s a pawn shop. The whole vibe is off. Bottom line: EuroFed wasted my time, tried to upsell me on fake repairs, and a trim piece mysteriously vanished after service. Whatever you think you’re saving by avoiding the dealer? You’re not. Skip this place.

I don't normally use shops for vehicle repair, as I am a former mechanic and usually perform my own maintenance and repairs. However, on my way to work on 11/17/25 My Mercedes began to leak transmission fluid. I was too far from home to have it towed home, so I had it towed to Eurofed. To my surprise Ryan was extremely understanding of my situation and was able to get my car in the shop the same day. I was lucky it was a relatively minor part that they had in the shop. I was back home that same evening. They even stayed a few minutes past closing to get me on the road. And most pleasantly, they did not charge an excessive fee because I was stranded. The total repair was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Quick, courteous, and affordable. What more could I ask for?

After going to TWO other unsatisfactory locations to get work done on my car, I can certainly say that Eurofed is a breath of fresh air. Firstly, their system of communication is PHENOMINAL- you get your own quick login to see all of the tests they've run and they show photos and videos of the car parts that they've reviewed and the status of their functionality. Then on the same page, you can review/approve their suggested repairs and you have an UP FRONT price to the penny of what you'll pay. WOW. Even when they found another repair item that was needed while working, they communicated to me quickly and effectively to ask if I wanted it addressed. They even detailed my car FLAWLESSLY afterwards! Very impressive! It's been about a week now and my car is riding smoothly. I had to have an alternator, turbo charger, AND oil pan repair completed (ouch), so it's a relief to be riding safely again. I'll provide an update if anything changes, but as of right now, they have an A+ in my book.
