  Bad and very costly experience. From what I understand it's the luck of the draw who you get as your service advisor here...I came up snake eyes I guess. In my two times here, the same pattern repeated: I'd approve work, usually including an additional thing or two they'd recommend. AFTER all of it was done, well over $1500 each time, THEN I'd get a call about yet another, even more expensive issue (one was a $4500 estimate, which I had done elsewhere for $2500.) It's a tactic, I know it well. OK, it's a bad faith old school shop ploy but fair enough...you can always say no. Now the worst: THEY USED TOO MUCH OIL during an oil change. Literally. I wish I was joking. It blew out my oil pan gasket, turbo oil cooler line gasket, and timing cover gasket. Oil fouled the coolant so I had to replace the water pump and (obviously) flush the cooling system. Almost $2K in totally unnecessary additional work. Which I ate of course. My SA played dumb--gee, I have NO IDEA why a motor that came in with ZERO oil leaks left after an oil change pushing oil out like a sieve. It was so crazy a mistake it didn't even occur to me they did that until I took it to someplace else. Unacceptable for a corner Jiffy Lube, let alone a top dollar Euro specialist shop. Disappointed would be a major understatement.

  Eurofed at N. Peachtree in Atlanta completed warranty work as well as additional mechanical work on my Audi A5. First, the customer service that Ryan provided was exceptional. Not only did his team evaluate and repair the work that fell under the warranty, the pricing for the additional work was very fair. I’ve had no issues with any of the work completed and it has been several months now. Ryan was prompt, informative and made me feel very comfortable with their work. I highly recommend this shop and easily give them 5 stars.

  I can’t say enough great things about Ryan Jeomans and Geolf Dennis I came in for an oil change and the service is always quick and professional more importantly they also recently put my engine in and the results has been phenomenal the team was very transparent communicative and ensured the job was done right the truck is running better than ever I highly recommend these guys to get everything you need done from simple maintenance to complex repairs Merry Christmas from Von see you guys next service 😍
