  I am writing this review to share a very disappointing experience with Enterprise Rent A Car after nearly eight to nine years of consistent rentals, specifically truck rentals. I have always rented from my usual branch without issue and have remained loyal to Enterprise because of the trust I believed we had built over time. On July 22, 2025, I needed to rent a truck, but my normal branch did not have availability. I was directed to the Peachtree Industrial location, as it was the only branch with the type of truck I needed at the time. When I arrived, the manager pointed out existing damage on the top right passenger side of the truck, which was noted on the rental agreement. Because of my long standing relationship with Enterprise and the confidence I had in the process, I did not conduct as thorough of a walk around as I normally would. Unfortunately, there was also damage on the driver’s side that was not documented on the contract. This damage was clearly pre existing, as it was the same height, same length, and consistent with the damage already noted on the passenger side, strongly suggesting it occurred at the same time and was likely caused by a previous renter. Despite this, the responsibility for the driver’s side damage was placed on me. It feels as though a previous renter avoided accountability and I, as the next renter, was unfairly held responsible. As a result, I am now nearly $5,000 out of pocket for damage I did not cause. The way this situation was handled was extremely upsetting and has significantly damaged my trust in Enterprise as a consumer. After nearly a decade of loyalty, I expected fairness, especially when the damage pattern clearly indicates it existed prior to my rental. I strongly encourage anyone renting from Enterprise, especially the Peachtree Industrial location, to do the following 1. Avoid this location if possible 2. Carefully inspect and document every inch of the vehicle, no matter how long you have been a customer It is unfortunate that a single experience like this can overshadow years of positive rentals, but this situation has left me deeply disappointed and financially impacted.
