  I made a reservation online. Show up to pick up the car and the guy asks if I got the message. That "they called to get you up to speed" as he fiddled around in the computer for several minutes. I tell him I got a text, no message. I said to catch me up on what and he just tells me to find the message. Then find the voicemail stating that despite my reservation they are sold out. Like, okay. Why can't you just say, "we called and left you a voicemail. Unfortunately, we are sold out and don't have a vehicle for you." Just say it instead of making me dig through voicemails to find it. Incredibly stupid. Terrible customer service.

  Experienced incredible staff and team work , super friendly through out entire process, highly recommended. Customer service is second to none. My experience was handled with the utmost care by an outstanding team . Received satisfactory service as soon as I walked in the establishment. Staff was incredibly polite helpful and patient. Especially since they were closing fantastic assistance. The staff worked seamlessly to create a wonderful experience that exceeded expectations with quality assurance and customer service,overall this is a top notch location and I wanted to share this by simply saying thank you! Also amazing work flow.

  Omg Trina was amazing. She was very customer service oriented and made what I needed happen. Like I love Nissans well she made it happen. I love her she’s the best really really she’s great. Gave me a phone cord when I forgot mine I left in car but anything I needed she was there and made it happen. I give all honor to her. She just makes it happen and very nice kind and knowledgeable. I can’t say enough about her snd she’s quick. She does her job and well. I don’t blow up people like this but I did with her. She understood me my fears she calmed my pain she comforted me and gave aid where I needed it.she didn’t don’t have to be kind but she was in frustration with the Mazda she said no worries I have u I saved a Nissan for you. She’s the best the greatest warm hearted. Last but not least I have a disability she comforted me. I could not feel bad or sorry for myself around her. She made me cry tears of joy

  Trina goes above and beyond when I’m renting for business trips, and I greatly appreciated the upgrade I received today for it. Efficient, effective, and convenient. For sure an ideal location to get an Enterprise rental.
