Super friendly, professional and always willing to help. You can tell they actually care about their customers and take pride in what they do. There’s basically no wait time ever. As soon as I walk in, someone greets me and gets me taken care of right away. The process is quick, easy and stress-free every single time. That kind of consistency really stands out, especially since I found myself needing to rent a car so often in a short period of time. The cars are always spotless and well-maintained and they always make sure I’m comfortable with the vehicle before I drive off. They never rush through anything. They even take the time to explain and double-check that everything’s good. After renting from them so many times recently, I can honestly say this is one of the best teams I’ve ever dealt with. They make the whole experience smooth from start to finish. Definitely recommend this location if you want great service and reliable cars!

The response below is a joke, telling me to follow a link to a chatbot. Oh and it’s only open Monday-Friday 8-5. So much of my time already wasted trying to deal with this and it’s over a week later and still not resolved. Y’all gave me a filthy car and somehow I have to chase you down for you to make YOUR mistake right. Do better. Got strong armed into a luxury vehicle I did not reserve because it was the only vehicle on the lot. When I asked when the vehicle I reserved was supposed to be there, they had no idea. I ended up having to to pay $100 more than the reservation, which was $50 more than the price I reserved through Costco already. And to top it off they gave me a FILTHY car, it had not been washed inside at all. Some kids had clearly been in the backseat because there was sauce everywhere. DONT WASTE YOIR MONEY go somewhere else
