I rented a vehicle from your location on Friday, and shortly after receiving it, the car displayed a maintenance required message. As soon as I noticed this issue, I contacted Enterprise to request a vehicle swap for something more reliable. Despite following up multiple times, my concerns were repeatedly disregarded. The staff stated, “we already discussed this,” and informed me that no vehicles were available. Instead of offering to place me on a waiting list or promising to contact me once a vehicle became available, I was told to “call around” to other Enterprise locations myself. This response demonstrates a lack of customer care and accountability that I find unacceptable. Customer satisfaction should be a priority, but based on my experience, it clearly was not.
