- AFAustin FleuryFeb 13, 20261.0Eddy Very rude and unprofessional. This location does not care about the customer. If you make a reservation good luck getting the car. They must be sharing a fleet with because they have no cars for people with reservations. I had a reservation for 10:30am Eddy called saying they don’t have a car available for me and I would have to wait until 1pm to pickup. 1pm turned to 4pm. I called ahead to make sure another rep said they will make sure they have a car here for my reservation. I get here and no car is available. I wasted a whole day and was greeted with rude customer service and treated very poorly. Eddy if you don’t want to work customer service than you shouldn’t be in customer service.
