Get 2,600 worth of tires and work done to my vehicle and leave and before I even get to the red light I noticed the alignment is worse than it worse than when I took it in..... how in the world does this happen at such a first-class? Simply disappointed I thought I would get better. Look at the picture and see how crooked my steering wheel is as I drive straight down the interstate.... speechless. Now I'm going to have to schedule appointment take off from work and go waste at least 2 hours. To have this corrected. This should not happen. They even charged me tire 20.00 disposal fee after I told them twice I needed the old tires. Nonchalant non caring attitudes made me very disappointed with Butler Tire.
