Butler has been my go to for years but the service at the Chastain location is top notch. They take professional care of your car without ripping me off.

Ugh don’t go here unless you’re ok with not having a car for 2 months and getting no updates and have to call constantly for updates and they get annoyed at you lol When I went to pick up my car it took them an hour just to let me pay and let me out of there. And also lost my lulu lemon key chain that was gift from someone whose not around anymore. lol super annoying experience. I’ve honestly never had this issue with a repair shop before. Hopefully they didn’t mess up my car too

Butler Buckhead flat out lied to my face about the condition of my wheel in an attempt to get me to over spend. The several people I spoke to all had a very untrustworthy vibe so I decided to take my car to the dealer and sure enough the wheel was completely fine. I don’t understand why places like this think lying to customers is an acceptable way to operate but I suggest you go elsewhere for honest service.

Frequently Asked Questions About Butler Tires and Wheels

Do I need an alignment?

During your vehicle's life, potholes are hit, sharp turns are taken, and brakes are slammed all of which cause your components to wear down and your wheels to shift which can pull your car in one direction. This is natural wear and tear, and it can accelerate tire damage. An alignment will return the angles of your vehicle's wheels to the manufacturer's specifications. Follow the manufacturer’s recommendations noted in your owner’s manual. As a general rule, have your vehicle’s alignment checked every 6,000 miles or at least twice a year. Have your vehicle checked if you notice excessive or uneven tire wear, steering wheel pulls to the side, feeling of looseness or wandering, your steering wheel is not centered when car is moving straight ahead, it’s been 6,000 miles since your last alignment check, or you notice a drop in fuel economy.

How do I get a free alignment?

At Tire Discounters, when you purchase any 4-tires with our standard installation, you get a free alignment. The alignment is a $129.99 value and comes with a 12-month warranty.
