I have been to Butler over 10 times and have received exceptional business. This last time I towed my car to Butler due to a flat tire. It’s been a week the tire is still not fixed, replaced. They have not called me once with any updates. I continue to call and they make up a different lie. Needless to say I will no longer be a customer after this service.

"We Baby Your Car" is not just a sticker mod for Butler Tires & Wheels. It's clear from every interaction with every member of their team that these are folks who are also car enthusiasts. As a new customer, I always try to make an effort to connect with a few staff as a means to pressure test if they are a good fit for my needs. Expectations exceeded thus far.
Brought my car to them 2 weeks ago for an alignment after getting 4 fresh tires (Michelin PS4S) mounted/balanced from Costco. Printouts detailing the alignment spec pre- and post- alignment provided. Not only does Butler offer reasonably priced road force balancing, but they do their best to work with you on cost of consumable and their alignment price is more reasonable than some of its local competitors. As a result, my '18 Golf R glides like it's on rails. The performance auto shop I am going to exclusively uses Butler Tires & Wheels for all tire, wheel, and alignment needs, and I can understand why.
Fast forward to yesterday morning, I brought my car to them after noticing significant air pressure drop over the weekend and unsuccessfully trying to troubleshoot the leak on my own. They found a medium-sized nail buried in the middle of the tread and patched it up for me, I was out the door in a reasonable amount of time for a last minute appointment that I also showed up an hour late to.
Moving forward, I'm just going to schedule all tire service work with Butler Tires & Wheels. I need a 2nd set of wheels and tires for track use and they also can dial in alignment for motorsports spec applications.
Side note: as a car enthusiast, you're going to love the ambiance and the customer cars they have rolling through the place. Also love seeing Butler represented at local auto enthusiast events, it's clear they are embedded in the community.

Recently had some wheel damage upon installation of new tires at a different auto care center. After receiving some ridiculous quotes at other “auto care” places, I reached out to Butler Tire on Roswell Rd. and the process was as good as I have ever had dealing with car care. Alex and Tyler were very friendly, attentive and, most importantly, had me in and out in about 30 minutes. Service was exceptional from beginning to end. Highly recommend!!
