And also lost my lulu lemon key chain that was gift from someone whose not around anymore. lol super annoying experience. I’ve honestly never had this issue with a repair shop before. The several people I spoke to all had a very untrustworthy vibe so I decided to take my car to the dealer and sure enough the wheel was completely fine. I don’t understand why places like this think lying to customers is an acceptable way to operate but I suggest you go elsewhere for honest service.
