Jason Najarro went above and beyond in helping us with what we thought was a nail in our tire. He was prompt, courteous, and very reliable in taking care of us. We would highly recommend Butler Tires and Wheels and especially Jason.

The guys here at Butler Tires and wheels did a great job with my wheel alignment and tire rotation. Alex walked me through everything and was very informative with the steps I need to take to make sure my vehicle operates properly. I will be coming here more often to get my vehicle needs done.

How does this happen to me. I go out of my way drive to this location because of the reputation. Get 2,600 worth of tires and work done to my vehicle and leave and before I even get to the red light I noticed the alignment is worse than it worse than when I took it in..... how in the world does this happen at such a first-class? Simply disappointed I thought I would get better. Look at the picture and see how crooked my steering wheel is as I drive straight down the interstate.... speechless. Now I'm going to have to schedule appointment take off from work and go waste at least 2 hours. To have this corrected. This should not happen. They even charged me tire 20.00 disposal fee after I told them twice I needed the old tires. Nonchalant non caring attitudes made me very disappointed with Butler Tire.

Frequently Asked Questions About Butler Tires and Wheels

Do I need an alignment?

During your vehicle's life, potholes are hit, sharp turns are taken, and brakes are slammed all of which cause your components to wear down and your wheels to shift which can pull your car in one direction. This is natural wear and tear, and it can accelerate tire damage. An alignment will return the angles of your vehicle's wheels to the manufacturer's specifications. Follow the manufacturer’s recommendations noted in your owner’s manual. As a general rule, have your vehicle’s alignment checked every 6,000 miles or at least twice a year. Have your vehicle checked if you notice excessive or uneven tire wear, steering wheel pulls to the side, feeling of looseness or wandering, your steering wheel is not centered when car is moving straight ahead, it’s been 6,000 miles since your last alignment check, or you notice a drop in fuel economy.

How do I get a free alignment?

At Tire Discounters, when you purchase any 4-tires with our standard installation, you get a free alignment. The alignment is a $129.99 value and comes with a 12-month warranty.
