  I had an absolutely outstanding experience at AutoZone thanks to a representative named Six! It was a freezing cold day, and my car battery decided it was the perfect time to give out. Six didn’t just help me he went above and beyond every step of the way. He came outside in the cold without hesitation, tested my battery, explained everything clearly, and had a new one installed faster than I expected. What really impressed me, though, was how genuinely helpful he was. Six took the time to give me incredibly useful tips on how to make my car last longer from battery care to simple maintenance habits I never even knew about. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication turned a stressful situation into a great experience. If every AutoZone had a Six, the world would be a better place. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I needed a new headlight. Even though it’s not a new or fancy car, it’s tricky to get the new bulb locked into place. Tresa P., a new employee, was great! She worked for a long time trying to get the bulb in place, without success. Once she realized that she needed help, she asked a more experienced employee to show her how to do it. He patiently taught her how to lock this kind of bulb into place, explaining how it was different from some other bulb installations. Neither of them ever became irritated or impatient, not with the bulb, not with me, and not with each other. They remained polite and pleasant throughout, and now I have a fully functional headlight. Tresa is an excellent employee, and the staff demonstrated good teamwork!

  Great customer service- this location on Lindbergh is the best! I needed help putting fluid in my car and Tanya came outside to help me even while she was assisting staff with rebooting a cash register and managing a busy store. Super helpful and friendly staff.

  The other day my car battery died, and after getting a jump at work I drove straight to AutoZone, knowing that once I turned my car off, I’d be stuck until the battery was replaced. Thankfully, Six was there to save the day. He was quick, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful and he had me up and running again in no time. Not only did I show up after dark, but it was 30° outside, and he still went above and beyond without missing a beat. Exceptional service like that deserves recognition, give that man a raise!
