Venom in her voice the entire interaction which was very jarring since I can in knowing exactly what I needed. Seemed misinformed on spark plugs of all things so I really don't know why she felt the need to come off so aggressively.

So i had to go out and jump my car from a random man, not an employee, who was nice enough to help me and call a different store for help. The assistants kept switching to a different language between themselves while talking to me and laughing between themselves. It was unkind and uncalled for.
