I had already made one return at another location and I had no issues. The second part that I had to return, I went to the metropolitan location and they denied my return. I had my receipt as well as they could’ve looked at my account online, and I was told they could not make the ONLINE return because “their district manager said so.” And if they were to make the return, they were gonna lose their job. Which made no sense whatsoever. I have worked in retail management for years as well as done many transactions with AutoZone. This just sounded like a bunch of BS and lazy management.

You can tell he genuinely cares about his job and the customers. It’s rare to find that kind of service these days. AutoZone is lucky to have someone like him!
