    I visited AutoZone last night and witnessed a customer a guy being rude to one of the employees she was helping the guy through all of his rudeness and she still kept calm and I don’t see how she did it because I probably would’ve went off on him so this review is not about the rude guy, but it’s to acknowledge Crystal and her exceptional customer service because I know the job is hard having to deal with unruly people, however she needs to keep up the good work and you guys need to thank her for caring about the customers. you have great customer service Crystal. I see great things in your future.😃

    Purchased a car cover a month ago just opened it because of personal reasons, the car cover to small I’m in the system so when I asked if I could return it the lady was chewing in my ear and said not without a receipt well I have no receipt from a month ago. Why couldn’t she look in the system and assist me with a return and get a new one. Customer Service is terrible she couldn’t stop smacking and chewing in my ear More training needed.

    I came to autozone in distress because my car battery died and I needed a new one. When I arrived I was met with a nasty attitude by Crystal Barnes. She was not helpful and had terrible customer service. She didn’t seem like she wanted to be working and was on her phone the entire interaction. However, Chavez was able to help me with my car and battery and he was very nice.
