    Came in with trouble from my battery. They tested the battery and alternator and charged my battery all for free. They took care of me. Good customer service. Strongly recommend.

    Avoid this location at all cost or at least for anything expensive. Bought a 300 dollar diehard battery with a 4 year warranty never installed or used and needed to return 6 days later because mechanic told me I wouldn't need and this location being the actual location I bought it from refused to refund the purchase, basically telling me I have a 300 dollar paper weight have a good day, needless to say I took it to another location and they took it back happily with no issues. I prefer advance Auto out of all the auto stores but this encounter really made me double think where I spend thousands of dollars.

    I had a terrible experience. I came into get a new battery for my key fob & I was Completely ignored by every employee. I waited At the checkout counter for 5 minutes hoping to get assistance. No one ever showed up. One second later, a (white) man approached the counter and immediately an employee comes to check him out. I quickly rushed back to the counter to get assistance before the cashier walked away and didn’t notice me again. He was then rude and ignored my question! I also Told him I didn't Have a good experience thus far and he could care less. 0/10. My experience doesn’t even deserve one star. I felt ignored and it could’ve either been because I’m black or because I’m a woman. Maybe a combination of both.

    I’ve frequented this store to purchase quarts of car oil and each time, no matter what day or time that I’ve been here, the wait has been ridiculously long. If I’m second in line and then out of nowhere, another store rep walks in to help check people out - why allow a new line to form and not help the second person who has been waiting in line? 3 other customers who walked in way after I had already been waiting in line were checked out because they got out of line and immediately went to where the other service rep was. I wasn’t sure if he was checking people out too or if he was just checking into something on the computer, ya know how it goes. You get out of line to to go the new one and have someone help you and they say “oh I’m not checking people out, I’m actually doing xyz”……COMMUNICATION GOES A LONG WAY! I understand that you guys are “car guys” but news flash, you’re in a public service position. Communication is required and it’s really not that hard to say “I can check you guys out over here” so that those of us who have been waiting in line can clear out of the store, and get out of your hair faster. I’m done coming to this location, I’ll go to Buford highway from now on.
