    I’ve frequented this store to purchase quarts of car oil and each time, no matter what day or time that I’ve been here, the wait has been ridiculously long. If I’m second in line and then out of nowhere, another store rep walks in to help check people out - why allow a new line to form and not help the second person who has been waiting in line? 3 other customers who walked in way after I had already been waiting in line were checked out because they got out of line and immediately went to where the other service rep was. I wasn’t sure if he was checking people out too or if he was just checking into something on the computer, ya know how it goes. You get out of line to to go the new one and have someone help you and they say “oh I’m not checking people out, I’m actually doing xyz”……COMMUNICATION GOES A LONG WAY! I understand that you guys are “car guys” but news flash, you’re in a public service position. Communication is required and it’s really not that hard to say “I can check you guys out over here” so that those of us who have been waiting in line can clear out of the store, and get out of your hair faster. I’m done coming to this location, I’ll go to Buford highway from now on.

    Night time crew refused to give us a refund on our refundable item. Lazy… had a hour until close. Went to another advanced auto parts and they took it with no issues.

    I came 10 minutes before closing to grab some oil as I had to do an oil change earlier than the time they opened. As I pull in at precisely 8:22 (On a Sunday) I had the door locked right in front of my face as whoever the worker or manager just stares at me in the eyes. Never seen such thing at any type of business. Thanks for the reply, but I didn’t really find the door locked. I had it locked in front of me way before closing.
