We were in Atlanta on an urgent trip to see a family member in the hospital, and he got us in right away, set us up with a new tire and handled all the details with the rental agency…all with humor and a can-do attitude. Great service that rescued our important trip.

- HBHannah BatesMar 30, 20261.0I’m still trying to understand how it’s acceptable to leave a customer’s car keys on the front counter before they’ve even arrived- because that’s exactly what happened to me with Dekalb tire, and someone else walked off with mine. This is a basic security failure. Keys should never be left unattended or released without verifying the customer. This is beyond negligent. My car could have been stolen or broken into on the streets of Buckhead. The lack of accountability was just as concerning. The manager, Dennis Roberts, repeatedly said “someone” put the keys on the counter, yet no one took responsibility or apologized directly to me. That raises serious concerns about internal communication and leadership because either no one took accountability, or blame is being shifted to an innocent employee. Neither is acceptable. I had to call the next day, at the end of the workday, just to get an update. There was no proactive communication. If I hadn’t called, I don’t believe anyone would have reached out. I was told the person who took the keys would likely return the next day. I pointed out there’s no way to know that — and, unsurprisingly, she didn’t. Never coming back here again.
