The best decision I have made while owning my VW GTI is choosing Butler Tire for new tires, alignments and overall tire maintenance. All their shops are run by really nice people and their work is impeccable. They stand by their guarantees on tire issues and free rotations. Wait times are reasonable and honest and their locations are well run. They go over and above. Was really impressed with guys like Jason N at their Roswell location who are really take care of their customers.

I’m not from the area, and I was in a pinch with a flat. These guys got me in right away, and went above and beyond to take care of me. Couldn’t have stumbled upon a better place to receive help.

This is the damages/scratches to my rims after having my back tires replaced. Both rims with the same circular scratches/damage in the same location on each rim. Yet the excuse was that nothing they used could have caused the damages; which is laughable! I have been a customer for years, however, NO MORE!. The lack of professionalism from management and work quality is gone. I gave the management time to rectify this issue, however, not even a response. The sad part is they assured me that the best technician would do the work. This is an unacceptable response from what used to a reputable business.
The below response, from Butler Tire, is laughable! It appears to be a standard response to make it appear they are attempting to resolve the issue. "HAVING TROUBLE LOCATING ANY TRANSACTIONS!" I suggest that you check the over 20K PAID IN FULL invoices that you have on file in my name...

Austin is so helpful make sure to go see him! We have taken our cars for years to one of the big tire store companies and always worried something was off and sure enough it was. We took our cars one time to Bulter and Austin and it was so clear the difference. If you care about service on your car go to Bulter! They provide great value and you can ensure your car will be perfect!

I have been a customer of Butler tire for several years now whenever I went it it was a good customer experience. Except for one time about 3 years ago I had an issue with the lack of communication and the nonchalant attitude towards the inconvenience of a customer! Well today was the same situation. The other day I stopped in to purchase some tires for my new BMW I with Clifton Magee (Manager) who completed my order and took my deposit! Clifton told me “Mr. Hill the tires will not be in until Friday”, at first I was hesitant due to my work schedule but I told Ivan move my schedule around if I can get in early. I agreed and Clifton told me, “I will call you if anything changes”.My appointment was set for 8am 3/20.Today promptly at 8 am I along with 2 other customers are standing outside the front door as Clifton and the rest of the staff seem to still be getting things together and not open yet! It looked as if maybe the morning meeting was still taking place and staff was still arriving! Well it’s 8:05 white we still outside the door? Once Clifton opens the door and greets us his first words to me are “ hey Mr. Hill let me check and see if you tires came in I was out yesterday and I’m not sure if they are here”
What kind of customer service is this? So I already knew what the answer was going to be, and yes Clifton told “the tires were not there but would be coming in sometime today”. This not only is poor customer service but also poor management! So no one else was informed of this order and the fact that he was not in why did he not tell someone about it so that I could be informed in a timely manner and not have my work schedule impacted! Why didn’t Clifton call me as soon as he got in? He was obviously there before 8, because I arrived in the parking lot at 7:55! Not to mention he acted as if he could care less that this caused an inconvenience to me but you took a $748 deposit and now tell me is going to take 7-10 dyes for my money to be RETURNED! WHY WAS I NOT TOLD OF THIS BEFORE YOU TOOK MY MONEY!! Butler tire you need to better! You need to train you Manager to DO BETTER!! I left went to to Discount Tire on Peachtree Industrial walk in purchased the same tires for LESS and was in and out in under 30min on A FRIDAY MORNING! I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH BUTLER AND WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER!! I was recommended to them by Nalley BMW where I only purchase my vehicles and have always received EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Folks in my opinion BUTLER TIRE IS TRASH!!!!! SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!! Had their at least been a courtesy call or even some type of concern for wasting my time and my drive across the city from Snellville at 7 AM. I would’ve appreciated that and probably would not have written this review and would’ve continued with the service that I prepaid for, but that is the frustration lack of consideration and concern for a customer coming across town even if I’m coming across the street a phone call a simple phone call is all that would have made everything a little better customer service Wise y’all need to do better!!
Frequently Asked Questions About Butler Tires and Wheels
Do I need an alignment?
During your vehicle's life, potholes are hit, sharp turns are taken, and brakes are slammed all of which cause your components to wear down and your wheels to shift which can pull your car in one direction. This is natural wear and tear, and it can accelerate tire damage. An alignment will return the angles of your vehicle's wheels to the manufacturer's specifications.
Follow the manufacturer’s recommendations noted in your owner’s manual. As a general rule, have your vehicle’s alignment checked every 6,000 miles or at least twice a year.
Have your vehicle checked if you notice excessive or uneven tire wear, steering wheel pulls to the side, feeling of looseness or wandering, your steering wheel is not centered when car is moving straight ahead, it’s been 6,000 miles since your last alignment check, or you notice a drop in fuel economy.
