I came into the store at 8pm on the dot. The people working on April 8, 2026 did not assist me. They did not ask if I needed help with anything. They looked at me, THE ONLY CUSTOMER IN THE STORE, and said nothing. They did not even say “Hi! Welcome in. Let me know if you need help with anything.” You’d think they would offer to assist a lady inside of this type of store. Instead, I was overlooked and the two employees continued twiddling their thumbs. I will not be back & I will be calling corporate.

On April 6, 2026, I went to this store to ask for returning a NOCO GB40 jump starter that I purchased on January 19, 2026. This was well within the 90-day return window, and I had the original receipt and packaging. The female manager was rude and unprofessional throughout the interaction. When I explained my reason for the return, she directly accused me by saying ‘Are you lying to me?’ Later, she said her own ‘GB40’ works perfectly fine, I politely asked which exact model it was. She responded in a very impatient and annoyed tone. As a customer, I felt disrespected and insulted. No one should be spoken to or treated this way when making a legitimate return. I hope AutoZone investigates this and provides better customer service training.

Simple visit turned into something it shouldn’t have. I bought headlight bulbs and went outside to install them (something I’ve done before) when sparks and smoke started coming from the headlight area. I went inside to alert staff and ask for help in case it turned into a fire situation. I made direct eye contact with two employees while clearly asking for assistance. One saw me and looked away. The other told me to wait and said he’d be out in a minute. I waited several minutes. No one ever came. I handled it myself and left. Thankfully nothing got worse, but that lack of urgency. Especially after directly asking both of them…. Is something hard to ignore.

Went in to buy a battery and was told I had to install it myself, which was surprising since AutoZone usually offers installation. After I mentioned that they’ve always changed my battery in the past, the employee ended up doing it. While I was waiting, I noticed other employees helping customers by installing their batteries, which made the initial response even more confusing. It honestly seemed like he just didn’t want to do it.
