  This auto zone is garbage. They literally hire people that don’t know anything and definitely don’t go above and beyond to help. I asked for help with fuses. He talking about, you gotta google it. Why do I have to google if I came here for help. The light skin young guy that worked this morning lacks customer service skills and the tall manger with the glasses he’s no help either

  If you people don't like the job you have and have to move so slow dragging your feet and not aware of the parts I was looking for just a stabilizer pin didn't know what it was and was quick to say naw we don't have it .

  I ordered a part for my truck that their website said they had 2 in stock and can be picked up the same day *today* After hrs passed, I called them to get an estimated pickup time because I needed my passenger side view mirror. After being on hold for almost 10 minutes, I was informed that they didn't have the part after all and it would the Friday after next *Today is Tuesday, Nov. 18th* to get. Website is still showing 2 in stock. This is not good business.
