  Dakota and the entire team here are wonderful to work with. It's not just the oil change service. It's all the services they provide. Their prices are reasonable, and Dakota is consistently up front and honest about everything. If you need your car serviced, go see these guys. They are the best.

  I Bought my 2014 Subaru outback all-wheel drive to the store across from Athens tech on highway 29. Connie greeted me in the parking lot told me she was going to start a ticket on the car to assess the situation because somebody had cut the catalytic converters off of the vehicle! Luke Chastain , Kerry and Dakota all three jumped straight on it when they got the vehicle on the lift they realized that there were more issues due to the damage of the sawzall cutting the exhaust converters off Connie got online as well as Luke they found all new exhaust from the factory exhaust manifold to the catalytic converters all the way back to the tip for a really good price, they did an outstanding job on the car also Luke Chastain pointed out that the water pump had a small leak so they replaced the water pump on it I just cannot say enough, not only the money that I saved but the customer service was absolutely out of this world you can't get better service than this at any oil change place well maybe you can but at 44 years old I don't think I've ever found it I would like to give a shout out to every one of the guys at Express oil on highway 29 you guys were awesome the prices were absolutely on point couldn't ask for better service.

  Luke the master technician serviced me for my oil change at tge Hwy 19 address in Athens, Ga. My best friend SWEARS by them so I tried them out. I am WELL PLEASED. Luke did my oil change with inspection. They did more work than when I got to Athens Chevrolet. They pulled out my cabin filter and it was FILTHY. They ended up throwing it away and replaced it with another. That should have been done at Chevy. They also showed me the oil changed on the stick. Explained a few things as well in detail. Good honest work along side there awesome FEMALE Manager Connie. I will Def be BACK. I had to leave a review. If customers can go out of our way to make complaints anywhere we darn sure should go out of our way to give good service noticed. Go down to the Hwy 29 location. You wont be disappointed,!!!

  Katelyn was our tech and she was amazing. Great attitude and upbeat. All of the service technicians were very knowledgeable and have great personalities. Service was very fast. They had great music playing which heightened the experience. I highly recommend this location. I love that you sit in your car and they explain step by step what they are doing. It’s easy to get in and out and you will not be disappointed. Prices are on point as well. This was such a breath of fresh air when it can sometimes be stressful getting your car serviced. Great job Katelyn and the rest of the staff. Thanks for being honest and friendly.
