  I had a great experience at Express Oil Change. The whole process was quick, smooth, and honestly way less stressful than I expected. Brittany stood out the most. She was incredibly helpful and friendly and made sure everything was clearly explained without any pressure. It is rare to find someone who takes the time to actually care about the customer experience like she did. Highly recommend this location, and definitely ask for Brittany if you can.

  I always come here for oil changes and Brittany is absolutely amazing! Absolute lovely person and I would highly recommend this location for oil changes or any other services. I’m happy to say I have yet to have any issues or complaints about express oil! Great place :)

  Brittany was amazing! Extremely informative and thorough. She was fast as well. I always come to this location, never a long wait and the service is always 10/10.

  This was our first time taking our car to a shop, after 10 years of only service at the dealer. We were very impressed with how fast we were in an out!! Even with adding the recommended services, and it being our first time there; Joel had us out in 15 minutes!! If you been to Honda (probably others) you know it's at least 2 hours for them to even look at your car, even with an appointment!! We were so impressed by the customer service, and how Express chose to educate us on car care, rather than pressure us to buy services! Paul didn't give me buzz words, he explained what the dealer does, what the manufacture says, and what he personally does for his car. It was a conversation, not a sales pitch and not the "you must do this or your car will die" like they give us women at the dealership!!! (And it was cheaper too!!) We were very happy with our service, and will only be coming here from now on! THANK YOU GUYS!!
