  i want to give a big shout of to Isaiah Terry I spoke with him about two weeks ago about getting a rental due to my recent car wreck and i only called by chance because sky collision actually partners with the bogart location but i called them first and they were not as pleasant and when i called to speak with management about a unique situation i had to see if he/she would accommodate the person that answered the phone gave me the run around so i hung up and called ATLANTA HWY location and i was skeptical at first but Mr.Terry answered the phone and i asked to speak to a manager and he said he is away can i assist and from there he answered all my questions and was very knowledge and accommodating so this is where i will definitely get my rental because of Mr. Terry customer service i haven’t been yet Im just waiting on the adjuster and from here on out this is the only location that will get my business

  Very poor customer service it’s ashame there not like they use to be years ago customers are supposed to be helped Athens really needs another rental business other then enterprise every time you call they never have cars you reserve one on the app tell you they will pick you up never show up get and uber there to say they don’t have anything but put you in a vehicle with a huge cracked wind shield very unprofessional they just done care anymore about there customers it’s ashame call there customer service number they do anything

  Enterprise Rental was pleasant and easy to maneuver. If you are a first time rental as I am you will not regret using Enterprise Rental. The staff was very friendly and willing to help you with any concerns you may have. I wholeheartedly recommend Enterprise Rental.
