- VOVenus O4 days ago1.0Worst rental experience ! Our reservation got moved, we got a call from them the day before saying our reservation was supposed to have been picked up. There was no changes to our reservation we contacted customer support to which the representative said & reaffirm the reservation time & date were still the same from when we booked. Representative said they will find a car & would be ready for pick up . After calling all day the day prior we showed up to pick up the car & the employee which was so rude by the way stated they did not have a car for us that we were on our own. Not even an apology nor was she trying to make things right. Calling customer support all they could tell you was that they had escalated the issue to be address.

- JMJulee Beth MooreMar 6, 20261.0Will not use this location again! I just finished fighting enterprise claims department for weeks due to this location documenting damage incorrectly on my rental. The damage was existing upon rental and they marked it on the incorrect side of the car when doing their pre check and paperwork. Supposedly once a claim is placed by a different location they can do nothing about it. Due to their mistake I spent hours and days of my time fixing their mistake with no compensation or formal apology! It truly blew my mind. I told manager I get we are human and people make mistakes I get that, but the fact that I was having to fix the issue or pay $1500 was insane!
- JPJon PayneFeb 24, 20265.0The employees are great! The cars may be hit or miss. Whomever cleans the windows after each rental could do a better job. I rented a Mazda CX50 and didnt like it. Seats were uncomfortable, and the "avoidance" electronics failed in very light fog. But Enterprise is my "go to" for rentals so I will be back.
