I guess they changed ownership and they did not want to honor my lifetime tire balance on a set of four tires that I had purchased at this location. I had to argue tooth & nail with them to get them to honor it, which I thought was pretty lousy. They said next time I have to pay when it was their policy to have a lifetime tire balance. This is no way to keep customers and I’ve spoken to friends of mine and they all had the same sentiment about this new ownership. 👎
