Based on reviews, I was confident there would be no problems. I was originally very pleased with my experience here. Very easy to get an oil change done and they are very nice. Wasn’t until 6 months later when I changed my oil that I realized they didn’t even put on an oil plug gasket (crush washer). So I had oil leaking, not enough to drop my level significantly, but still. If they can’t get something as simple as that right, how can I trust them to do everything else right? Although it seems everything turned out fine, I’ve had a friend who’s plug came out since he didn’t place a washer and blew his engine after dumping all his oil. Not coming back and risking that.
