Also double checked the filter type as well as the full synthetic oil my vehicle requires. Double checked the filter tightness and the plug torque. They were out of stock for my air filter but ran next door to obtain it before the oil finished draining from my engine. That fast! I had to use this shop because Infiniti of Gwinnett lied to me before I purchased it. It was purchased Certified and I was told that everything transferred from the original owner including the maintenance and warranty. When I went for my first service the only issue was them parking it under pine trees and sap getting all over a freshly detailed paint. Literally the morning that I dropped it off. They acted like I was unreasonable when I asked for them to send it to their clean up. I returned six weeks later for my 30K service which I had asked for a phone call if they had any issues with providing a loaner vehicle. I live an hour and a half away. No call was provided. I made a call myself and was told that a vehicle was ready for me. Once I arrived, everything changed including being informed that I would have to come out of pocket $1500 for a service that was supposed to be covered. I'm now dealing with Infiniti support services.
