- MDMarcus DobbsSep 21, 20251.0Stopped in this morning to grab a couple of hot dogs. Was greeted as usual upon entering store. However, when I went to pay for my food I was a bit distracted while looking for cash inside my wallet. Apparently the cashier took issue because she kept saying "good morning" and I failed to respond verbally to her. Upon realizing that she was talking I immediately looked up at her and noticed that she was LITERALLY ROLLING HER EYES at me and staring with an attitude. I apologized to her and said good morning. However, this is an absolutely ridiculous way for one of your cashiers to behave simply because they were expecting a customer to respond in kind with a "good morning". Someone needs to teach her how to not take a greeting or lack thereof so seriously. God forbid if I had been a customer who's mute and unable to verbally speak.
- DEDanny EvansJul 31, 20252.0Brand new tea machine has been broken for almost 2 months. It only gives the option to choose diet sweetener and not regular sugar. I asked the clerk and she said that somebody needs to put sweetener in the back but nobody has done that and almost 2 months? Before they came in and re did the drink station I came in everyday for years before work and got my favorite beverage, now I have been left wanting it every day. When I ask about it I get the standard, "were having it looked at". If they can't get it fixed then they need to throw that stupid machine in the parking lot and do it like they have been before it came along.
