I was not informed of this before that morning and lost my truck. They would not work with me or help me whatsoever to try and resolve the issue. I even called and spoke with a manager on the penske 1800 phone number. Horrible experience. Made my moving day way more stressful then it needed to be. I suggest using Uhaul. They saved me and made my moving day a lot nicer and easier. I wouldn't rent from penske now even if they offered to pay me to use their trucks. Just awful, nasty, stressful experience.
