I made the drive for that reason alone. When I arrived, I was told they were already closed and that the mechanics had clocked out. I called in advance to avoid wasting time, yet that’s exactly what happened. If you’re closing soon and unable to look at a vehicle, just be upfront with customers instead of giving confirmation. I chose this shop based on the good reviews, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing and far from ideal.

I had unfortunately got a nail in my tire and they were so personable and walked me through the process and worked with me ! The store manager and Kat at the front maybe me feel like a normal person and I was able to get 4 tires purchased and installed. Thank you so much and I will come back for oil changes and tire rotations always !

Messed up my alignment on my truck so bad that the “Service Electrical Brakes” warning message popped up on the dash 20 seconds after leaving. My steering wheel was not even center, with it facing right . He rushed my alignment. I asked him a few questions about my alignment that he could hardly answer, then HE ADMITTED HE WAS NOT A PROFFESIONAL. They offer a warranty but why should i have to waste my time coming back. I didn’t even want to go back to that shop again and have them touch my truck. I took it down to the mavis location just down the street nearest to Cook Out. The manager helped me out and explained to me how much he messed my alignment up and said that from the way it looked, the guy probably has never done an alignment before. And said he had my numbers all wrong. He was embarrassed. DO NOT GO HERE THESE PEOPLE DO NOT HIRE PROFESSIONALS. And yes i called the store and spoke to the manager and of course all he tried to do was downplay it, but he still couldn’t answer the reason why he’s having amateurs work on vehicles with no knowledge.

Posting this while I’m 3 hours into waiting and they just came out to inform me they have run out of oil. They realized this after they drained my car. Stuck here waiting on more oil to arrive. — Changed my rating to a 3 star because of the attempt to make things right. Someone at the store recognized how bad the experience was, so they didn’t charge me for the oil change.
