    I usually go to the Bogart location, but they are closed on Sunday’s so that’s the reason I came to this location. The customer service has improved since the last time I visited the establishment. I was worried because the car already had damages on it, and I didn’t want to be blamed for it. I had to ask the worker to document the damages, and I feel like that’s something that should have automatically been done regardless. Also the parking lot is extremely tight and my personal vehicle almost got hit by another driver.

    My experience with this location was not good. I got a flat tire on my rental once I reached my destination in Athens, Georgia. I called this location for help and it was obvious that they did not want to help me or deal with my issue. I kept getting referred to the next enterprise location. If you’re going to spend money with them, I’m sure they’ll be glad to help you out but if you are needing help, in a town you are not familiar with…good luck!
