  The employees are great! The cars may be hit or miss. Whomever cleans the windows after each rental could do a better job. I rented a Mazda CX50 and didnt like it. Seats were uncomfortable, and the "avoidance" electronics failed in very light fog. But Enterprise is my "go to" for rentals so I will be back.

  Location was quick and easy to rent my truck. Had just what i needed and they addressed a billing discrepancy I had quickly, which was great and much appreciated.

  The previous time I had to do a insurance rental pickup things went smooth and I was able to get a Wagoneer. Second time was absolutely terrible. I called 3 days ahead and was assured I would get a Wagoneer or Expedition and a courtesy pickup at Noon from the provided address. I also called the morning of pickup and verified the pickup address and vehicle type. The driver was 45 minutes late as he went to the wrong address and called the wrong number. Once I finally got to the office I was told they only had a crossover available. I will not be doing business at this location again as customer service was subpar at best and incompetent at worst.

  If I could, I would give a negative 5. I had a rental set up for the Lavonia Georgia Location on January 5th, 2pm I chose this location because I was dropping my car off at Ed Murdoch, which is right next door. The manager called me at 10am on the day of and told me they did not have a vehicle for me , and that she would call me back when she had one. She never returned my call. I called customer service at 3pm. They told me it was unacceptable. And that Fleet manager will call text or email me. No one ever contacted me. I called again on Tuesday .Still no reply. Thursday, I called and made a new reservation. I explained what had happened. I told him I would need a vehicle that would allow for a toddler seat and nothing low to the ground.The gentleman assured me he would make sure that I had the vehicle I need. And because it was a insurance claim, they would make sure the vehicle was there available for me. When I got there Monday, the 12th. They checked me in and then took me out to a 2 seat Sports car. When I told her I had to have something for a car seat, she said, why can't you put him in the passenger seat? I was then informed that was the only car they had available. And she would call me if and when another car comes in. I called customer service and got the same run around as before. Five other people walked in the door to be told. They had no vehicles available, and she would call them when one became available. A minivan came in and was going to be returned. I asked about it. She told me that I would have to go to a different location as she would not rent to me. I ended up driving all the way to Athens to get a rental car. The lady at the Oak street location was more than accommodating. So if you need a car your best bet is Athens. My suggestion is find a car anywhere but the Lavonia location and considering the way that they handled it through customer service. I wouldn't bother renting from enterprise ever again. M
