I went across town to the other enterprise (on Atlanta Highway) and was a much better experience. Nicer staff, facility, and gave me a car that I actually booked.
- CBClifford ByrneDec 11, 20251.0Very let down with the company. My insurance set up a rental when my car was totalled. When i picked up the counter guy asked me about insurance for the rental. I explained that my insurance set it up and asked if yhey authorized it. He informed that they did and it would not cost me anything. 3 weeks after i dropped the rental off. In perfect condition i would like to add. Enterprise charged me $244 for the insurance. When i call i got the run around several times and was told that i would need to call my insurance to get my money back. Even though they are tge ones with the emails with the insurance company and the ones that charged my card. The branch manager was rude and would not even listen to me and connected me with the corporate number. I spoke with them and they said they would email me 2 days ago. Just bad business and feel like they are scammers.
