Braxton even replaced it for me. Highly recommend this location to anyone in need of parts. I’ve been here multiple multiple times to service my truck and my wife’s car. I was incorrectly directed to the commercial entrance by pep boy associate and when I asked a simple question to the older associate, the younger associate responded to me in an extremely disrespectful and demeaning tone without any reason despite I was not even engaging with him. There were only two at that moment. There was absolutely no reason for this behavior. The interaction was unprofessional and humiliating, and I left and purchased the battery from AutoZone on Broad Street instead. The associate’s behavior was not accidental — it was intentional and rooted in character and mindset that you can talk to someone from minority with arrogance and disrespect. Hope it doesn’t happen with others.
