I visited your store on Friday around 3 PM to purchase a new battery and check warranty information. I was incorrectly directed to the commercial entrance by pep boy associate and when I asked a simple question to the older associate, the younger associate responded to me in an extremely disrespectful and demeaning tone without any reason despite I was not even engaging with him. There were only two at that moment. There was absolutely no reason for this behavior.
The interaction was unprofessional and humiliating, and I left and purchased the battery from AutoZone on Broad Street instead. The associate’s behavior was not accidental — it was intentional and rooted in character and mindset that you can talk to someone from minority with arrogance and disrespect. Hope it doesn’t happen with others.

Landon was probably one of the most kind hearted and helpful person I’ve met in a long time. He truly went above and beyond to help me as they were closing and didn’t give up until he found a solution. I highly recommend this location!!!

Even though it was almost 10PM, Chris H and Braxton saved the day (night). (Location: 3702 Atlanta Highway by Mall.) They are #1 customer service guys. What could have been a disappointing and expensive outcome was changed by their help. So impressed with them and hope their manager, Jason Owensby, treats them to lunch one day. ;)

Came around 9 o clock to have my battery tested cause i had to get a jump leaving work. Chris had no problem checking the battery and crank amps and was willing to change it if need be. Turned out everything was good with the battery starter and alternator and recommended options i could do to test the alternator. Thanks alot!
