  Above and beyond service (thank you Samuel!!) and super strong vacuums! Would definitely recommend! Came here because it was the closest to Taco Bell (my kids spilled cinnamon sugar all over the seat 🫩). I pulled up, and asked if I could use the vacuums first before the car wash, and Samuel helped me back up safely, get to the vacuums, and when I was done, vacuuming, helped me get the car wash I wanted, no pressure, just great service. I will definitely be back!!

  Kerrie was so sweet and knowledgeable about everything that Mister has to offer. Got my car squeaky clean at a great price. Left with a clean car and a big smile.

  I recently canceled my tidal wave membership because I was paying thirty bucks a month for a car wash that was barely cleaning my car…I did really like their tire shine feature though….but anyways I decided to try mister instead after canceling that one. The lady who checked me in was very friendly had no issue there. Then she asked if I wanted to tip the guy in the tunnel who brushes your car before the wash, I said sure and gave a 2 dollar tip……………. Never again bro. He BARELY wiped my car with any soap. Rubbed my front bumper for like 4 seconds and then went over my windshield once. Didn’t touch the back of the car at all…..had I known that was going to happen, I wouldn’t have tipped. But come to think of it, I’ve never known a car wash to ask for a tip (in general) and for that part specifically because it’s always been included (and they normally do a good job). Car looked clean after which was nice, I just got the basic wash, but what made me upset was that THEY CHARGE YOU A DOLLAR FOR TOWELS (and I guess spray because there was none)! that was the main reason I went to the car wash was to vacuum and spray and the inside of my car down. I would’ve brought my own had I know that, maybe it’s on the website and I just didn’t see it. But I was still bummed to say the least. The vacuums worked exceptionally well at this place, got ALL the dog hair out of my seats and carpets. The automatic carpet cleaner however….dont bother. I ran one of my mats through 3 times and it didn’t work. There was still SO MUCH dust and sand coming out of them that I gave up and just used the vacuums.

  Great car wash with great workers. Devin is always helpful and really cares about the service the carwash provides. He always makes sure my car comes out clean with the tires shiny.

  I stopped by Mister Car Wash for a basic wash after the recent winter weather. What should have been a quick 10-minute errand turned into an incredibly frustrating experience. First, the wait time was ridiculous. I sat in line forever and couldn't figure out what was taking so long. When I finally reached the front, I understood why - the worker was giving every single customer a full-blown sales pitch that rivaled a timeshare presentation. I just wanted a basic wash, but I had to actively convince him to let me proceed without upselling me on every package they offer. Then came the tip request. Before you even enter the wash, they have a guy brushing the front of your car, and the worker asked if I wanted to tip him. Are you kidding me? I'm already paying for a car wash - why do I need to tip someone to do what the wash should be doing in the first place? But wait, there's more! After finally making it through to the other side, I went to grab a towel to wipe down my dash. Nope - that's an extra dollar. And good luck even finding the guy working that area to pay him. The car wash closer to my house lets me use the touch screen myself (imagine that - I'm capable of selecting my own wash!), so I don't have to sit through a sales pitch. And they provide towels, window cleaner, multi-purpose cleaner, and other supplies for free. Mister Car Wash is absolutely ridiculous with their nickel-and-diming and aggressive sales tactics. I will never go back.
