- EEErika EdwardsJan 2, 20261.0Frequently use Enterprise and have had no prior issues until returning at this branch. Supposed to be a 1day rental with return before 3pm per the rental agreement. Showed up at 2:45pm and they were closed with no drop off box for keys available. They were closed the following day so had to return next business day. Spoke with Candice who failed to even introduce herself and has poor customer service and inappropriate delivery. Basically told me that I was SOL and to call Donovan; another branch manager. Donovan was also dry and could care less, did not even want to take the rental agreement to pull information and pretty much gaslit me that they close at 2pm despite the fact the agreement said 3pm. He then tells me to call the branch where I rented from and have them give him a call. Unreal!!!!!! The more we accept BS like this from businesses as a society the worse customer service experiences get!!!!! Please avoid this branch altogether and perhaps even Enterprise!
