Then after questioning this further, they changed their story to that they "actually ran out of filters." At this point, it seemed like they were blatantly lying. Their suggestion was to come again another today. And waste more of my time? Absolutely not.

They were quick and efficient with the oil change process. They did recommend services just to enlighten, but did not try to push me into a sale.
