  I’ve been coming to this RaceTrac regularly for a couple of years, typically in the mornings between 8:00–8:30 AM, on various days Monday through Thursday. Most of the staff are solid—friendly, welcoming, and they do their job well. That’s why this stands out. There’s one employee who consistently greets and interacts with other customers, but when it comes to me, it’s a completely different experience. No greeting, no acknowledgment, no basic courtesy—not even asking if I want a receipt. Just silence. And this isn’t a one-time thing. It’s a pattern I’ve noticed over time. I’m not here to assume intentions, but I am calling out what I experience. When everyone else gets a “good morning” and I don’t, it doesn’t go unnoticed. Customer service isn’t supposed to be selective—it’s supposed to be standard. A business can have great products and a clean store, but if respect isn’t consistent, it shows. I hope management addresses this and ensures every customer is treated the same, no exceptions.

  No soap in woman's restroom. Told employe behind counter and he was rude and dismissive. I used to frequent this one.. not any more😐

  So @Racetrac, it's not just me. Your employees at this location need to be replaced. One female particular, was more interested in eating her 2pm snack at her register and yelling across the store to her fellow employee than ringing up customers. Completely rude and beyond not helpful. After ringing up the three products this particular employee wanted to make sure that I knew she was very disturbed that customers showed up to the counter and expected her to do her job while she was munching food and yelling at other people in the store she did not offer a bag she didn't even push the products back toward the customer she expects the customer to reach into her workspace to grab the products. Just the epitome of horrible customer service Beyond negative attitude. Perhaps racetrack you may train some of your future employees that the customers are the reason that they get a paycheck. Review the tape and then fire this girl.

  I guess the staff here doesn't want to work. Tried picking up three drinks standing in line nearly 15 minutes and the only person, not sure why I got ignored? Eventually I had to tell my doordash customer their order was not coming...Very strange!

  Wouldn't really know how to review them because they're never open! When I go, I've been twice, they were closed. The one on East Crossville is the same way. I don't know if your owners realize this but people are sometimes almost out of gas and they know that you're 24 hours and so they'll drive on their last little bit of gas to your gas station .. this happened to me one time I literally ran out of gas leaving the station... My gas Gage was broken at the time and I really like knew I was close to being out of gas but I wasn't sure. That is dangerous for a woman but could y'all possibly post your hours and stick to them. It's sad to see your company go downhill.. see, people eventually stop going to your store because they don't know if it is open... It is the most inconvenient convenience store I have ever been to. Racetrack bring 24nrs is like Dollar Tree being a dollar now.... Sad that yall are going out of business...
