  Easy. Made an appointment just an hour prior. Dropped of. Picked up. No overselling of you need this and than and another thing... Plus we showed up 8 minutes after they were due to close, but the took care of us anyway.

  Fantastic service! I didn’t have an appointment but they worked me in to the schedule and completed the repair of my car within two hours.

  I have bought many cars of the years, and I have to say the of my new Volvo at North Point Volvo Cars was the best buying experience I have ever had. My salesman, Anthony Jones, was a pleasure to work with.

  Four years ago, I bought an XC 40 from North Point, and I recently bought an XC 60. Both are great vehicles. After having an exceptional experience with salesperson Anthony Jones four years ago, I sought him out when I was seeking an additional Volvo. He is the best! Anthony is very attentive and goes the extra mile to help you choose the vehicle that is best for you. And his personal touch extends long after the sale is complete. He's been available to answer all my questions and to help in any way he can.

  I did not feel as I was treated with appreciation for my business. I was left without direction after the sale. No one told me where my salesman was, I had to ask where he was. I had to call the next day to inquire about, when my car would be finished being serviced, instead of being informed by my salesperson. They never called me after my car was serviced to go over the services rendered or to tell me the car was ready for pickup. They only texted me to tell me the car was ready for pickup and when I replied with the timeline of when I would pick it up there was no reply. The salesperson called me at 4:30 just to tell me that the dealership closed at 6pm. I explained I was told 7pm the previous day. I asked how they could accommodate me at the last minute since I was far away and they stated I could pick the car up 2 days later or they could have someone deliver the car on Monday. They never offered a Uber to the dealership since was in a rush and was driving another vehicle. It was a very inconvenient process. I had to ask for explanation of how to work certain features in my car. And the next day I realized there was not a owners manual.
