I called Mr. Tire Alpharetta and explained to David that I was a woman traveling alone and had a flat tire on the back passenger side. I drove in on the spare on and left my car. They call saying my tire had a puncture in a spot that could not be repaired and that, since my VOLVO is all-wheel drive, I would need to replace both tires. I shell out $1100 for 2 new tires. I leave Mr. Tire Alpharetta, Keith (I believe) tells me the tire sensor lights will go off after a few miles. They did. They came right back on 10 minutes into my drive back to Alabama. I stop a Jiffy Lube for air and my pressure is already half what it should be on a front tire this time. They add air. I continue home. Around Lithia Springs my lights come back on . I stop at yet another tire shop parking lot. I call Mr. Tire Alpharetta again, Keith again I believe, ask him if they checked all the tires because my front tire is now low and asked why my new tires where on the front. He assures me that he checked them all and they were at full pressure when they turned my car back over to me. I go inside the new tire shop and tell him my situation. He says, ma'am these are new tires on the front and it is the new tire that is low. I call Mr. Tire Alpharetta again to ask why my new tire, on the front, would be low... he argues that my new tire are not on the front because their policy is to put them on the back. I ASSURE him that we are looking directly at them and they are on the front. He puts me on hold and comes back and says they did put them on the front because they were "so busy that morning" (they were NOT). Now, the new tire shop pull my tire to find a leak and discover my wheel is cracked, very obviously cracked. Mr. Tire Alpharetta put a new tire on my cracked wheel... so, they either 1. CRACKED THE WHEEL in their shop that morning and still put a new tire on it or 2. COMPLETELY MISSED THE CRACKED WHEEL and claimed my tire was punctured and had me buy 2 new tires THEN proceeded to put a new tire on my cracked wheel. My receipt from Mr. Tire says I declined to take my old tires home with me, which I was never asked. I did send someone back for my old tires immediately and will be having them checked for punctures. I was very clear to the men in the shop about my situation. They do not care about the safety of their customers. I would never recommend this shop to anyone they cannot be trusted.

Went to replace a suspected flat tire on the rear of the car. They replaced 2 good tires and put the bad one on the front of the car. They did not replace the needle valve on the new tire as well, used the old one. Lazy of them. Now one of the rims is cracked and not sure if the cracked rim is what caused the flat tire (the shop should have caught this) or the shop cracked the rim on a tire. Terrible technicians and they are clueless. The second shop I went to found the cracked rim and told me the needle valve on the new tire was an old one, that they did not replace. Terrible place, stay away.
