Randall told me he’d get it done that night, and he delivered, staying until 7:30 to finish the work. Really appreciate someone who does what they say they’re going to do. Great service.

They tried to sell me brake discs and pads replacement on all four wheels. They said the wear was dangerous and the discs were damaged. The quote was over $2,000. I opened their website and found a special offer for $1,700. They replaced the original quote with that one. I declined. A year later, during my next routine maintenance at a Chrysler dealership, I was told the brake pads would need attention at the next check (!). Both disks and pads on all wheels were ✅ In the end, I replaced only the front pads for less than $200, including parts and labor. This was today - 15,000 miles after they claimed the wear was dangerous and I should not drive the car. Here's a photo of the old pad from today 15k miles after they were "dangerously wear". It's still has ~20% resource! The new pad is nearby for comparison. Avoid this place. The sales tactics are very unfair and questionable. P.S. The oil change took two hours. The price for it was ok.
