  I've had my last few oil changes here and the service has been phenomenal evey single time. The team is incredibly friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and honest. They provide high quality work all while maintaining a great atmosphere. The consistently exceptional service that the team provides on all fronts is the kind of service that has a tangible positive impact on your day. I cant recommend them highly enough!!

  I got an oil change and had the best experience with the help of Reginald and Aaron. They let me know about there promo deal, and we're very knowledgeable about my specific car. I've been road tripping so they also gave me some tips for the road. Polite and positive energy all the way. Breath of fresh air now days.

  Service is always top tier w/great prices & snacks every time I visit the Holcomb Bridge Alpharetta location. The fact that the lead tech is ex-Mercedes is a bonus and makes me feel safe when my vehicle is in his hands. I will never go to Pep Boys again bc they put the wrong oil type in my Benz!

  I cannot recommend Grease Monkey enough. I brought in my 2016 Honda Civic for some concerning issues under the hood – loss of power, sluggish acceleration, and an intermittent check engine light. I was dreading a costly dealership visit. From the moment I walked in, the crew was not only polite but genuinely respectful, explaining every step before touching my car. What really set them apart was the educated staff. This wasn’t a “we’ll figure it out as we go” kind of shop. The technician immediately suspected the turbo wastegate solenoid – a known weak point on the 1.5L turbo engines in this generation Civic. He walked me through the diagnostics, showed me how the solenoid controls boost pressure, and explained exactly why it was sticking intermittently. We replaced the faulty wastegate solenoid and test-drove the car to confirm boost was back to spec. If you want a shop that treats your car like their own, has real mechanical knowledge (not just code-readers), and actually respects your time and budget – Grease Monkey is the gold standard. Dealership service centers could learn a thing or two from this crew. Verdict: 10/10 – My Honda’s new home for all future work.

  I will have to say this is the first time I’ve ever been excited to leave a review. First off I want to say I’ve been to almost every grease monkey location in the city of Atlanta. I’m a private transportation driver so I live on these roads and I essentially have to get an oil change every month for whatever reason I never discovered this location in Alpharetta off of Holcomb Bridge until today I wanna say not only was this the best location I have literally ever encountered in the last two years of going to grease monkey locations, but not only was this place completely clean in hospitable for its customers, but the service is rivaled by none. The general manager at the Location is Aaron, Arren did not try to upsell me. He didn’t try to lie to me about any services being needed. He simply serviced my vehicle for what it was requested to be serviced for. I can’t tell you how appreciative of that I am I don’t know what incentivizes the gentleman at this location to be so honorable, humble and upstanding, but whatever it is keep it up. I know this is an extremely long review, but it’s well worth it. Anyone who cares about their vehicle and once a perfect job done with no hassle and no up cells please come to this location. Thank you for your time.
