  Great experience! Special appreciation for Reggie. I had a terrible experience with the enterprise at 10889 Alpharetta highway where the staff was not ready to help me and work with my timings and hung up my call in my face while I was talking to them. Reggie from Hembree road Enterprise was quite the opposite. He spoke to me for nearly 20 minutes, patiently trying to figure things out for me and agreeing to help me pick my car up earlier than his work hours. This kind of service is what people look for in a customer facing business.

  Had great service. Very personable. Don't oversweat stuff and are thoughtful/patient. Parking lot is a bit cramped but they seemed to have a decent amount of poeple coming. Overall, smooth as butter.

  The employees at your Hembree location are truly phenomenal. I was lucky enough to work with Reggie, who is an absolute pleasure—kind, attentive, and so easy to talk to. He went above and beyond by proactively offering to put all the seats down when he knew I’d be loading something into the back of the van, which was a huge help. Upon return, both Reggie and Tyneil made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. Thank you, gentlemen, for such a seamless experience. I will definitely be back!
