  If I could give them -10 stars I would. My car was towed there on Wednesday afternoon before Thanksgiving. After getting my car out the middle of the rode they only let me grab my backpack. Thursday they were closed for Thanksgiving so I showed up early on Friday morning to get my things and take some photos. This was when a Dark brown haired woman informed me my car caught on fire and burned to a crisp. Everything was gone. She said “Our owners are aware as well as the insurance.” She provided no explanation as to how on earth a car that had been sitting turned off for 12 plus hours just all the sudden caught fire and burned for hours. I received no phone call about the car catching on fire and had I not gone in I probably still would not be aware. I have tried calling to see if they made a claim with their insurance and my insurance has also called them. One of the women who sit in that awful disgusting mold infested office always answers and says “I have to ask our owner” and then puts us on hold indefinitely. Which based on other reviews seems to be a trend for this place. It has been almost two weeks and I’ve had no explanation and no contact regarding insurance claims. Clearly something shady is going on and they did something negligent that caused the fire. If you have an option get someone else to tow your car.

  After calling roadside assistance through my insurer and waiting 2 hours (I was unable to reach the company by phone), I called United Towing. The representative was very helpful. A very nice tow driver showed up at my office within 15 minutes, and I thought the price was very good for the work involved. Highly recommended.

  I get that my car got towed because I messed up but how are you not gonna drive my car to me and just vaguely tell me “It’s to the right”. Also when I finally found the thing a tow truck blocked the way out even though they saw me walk in the yard!!!!! So because of this I had to go all the way around the yard to get out.

  On October 9,2025 my husband needed some tow assistance to get in out of the ditch on an inclined dirt road.He called United Towing. They came out in a timely matter but that was just the beginning of my problems. The tow truck driver attached his chains to my husband’s tire rod on his semi. He told my husband to turn his wheel and he could not. So,the driver attached his chains to another part of the truck. Which so happened to be the tire rod. When he got home he noticed his front driver tire was damaged. We just purchased this tire 3 weeks ago. When we went to the tire shop to get tire replaced. He was informed that the tire rod was bent and this is what caused the damage to tire. He called this company to inform them of what he was told. He spoke to a woman and explained to her what he was just told by the tire technician. She advised us that she would get with the owner. I sent this company an email with pictures. I asked them how we could make this right. Well,it’s been over a week with no response. No phone call,no email or anything concerning this matter. I will be reporting this company to the BBB(Better Business Bureau). Because this is bad business and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. They damage your lively hood and take no responsibility for what they did. I have been down for a week making no income to support my family. The old saying goes. If your tires ain’t turning you ain’t earning. I had to get my truck fixed out of my own pocket. An expense we CANNOT afford. My wife is sickly and recently had her leg amputated so I am the ONLY bread maker. This damage came at the wrong time. Between the towing fee,replaced tire rod and labor plus a new tire. I spent over $2000.00. Money I did NOT have since I am just getting back to work after 2 months of staying home with my wife. Good luck with your business!!!!
