  Simply the best towing experience that I've ever had. Shawn showed up in 20 minutes and was professional and friendly and knew exactly what needed to be done. He took my truck to my regular repair shop and had it unloaded before I finished authorizing the repair. I highly recommend Shawn and United Towing to anyone in need of fast friendly towing services.

  I will forever recommend United Towing to anyone in need of a towing service! My tire blew out this morning on 400 SB during rush-hour traffic, and I called United Towing in a complete panic. Traffic was insane, and other drivers were incredibly inconsiderate. Alex, the driver, came to the rescue in less than 15 minutes! He was polite, responsive, and immediately understood that I was on the edge of a meltdown. He helped me safely out of my car, opened the truck door for me, and let me sit in the truck while my car was being loaded. The ride home was smooth and comfortable, and conversation was genuine. Overall, I highly recommend United Towing and will absolutely use their services again. Huge thank you to United Towing, Alex the drive & their customer support team!!!

  I was very happy with the service, plus the friendliness and professionalism of the tow truck driver. I had called another tow company that was recommended by the repair shop I was having my car towed to and received a voicemail and no callback. So I asked for a recommendation from a car dealership where I work and was told they always use United Towing. The phone was answered by an actual person, and they could pick up my car the same day. The truck arrived quickly (with a call when on the way), and the driver was extremely friendly and professional. He let me ride in the truck to the repair shop where my car was taken to, and we had a very nice conversation on the way. My receipt looks like his name is "Tommy."
